L.D. Waters is a Latina who thought getting a PhD in Molecular Biology at Princeton University wasn’t hard enough so she became a writer and artist at the same time. When she is not hiding away in lab thinking about how to use science for world domination, she writes fantasy and romance.

Her debut novel, Unbreaking, mixes humor, romance, magic, and—of course—a lot of art.
